SRDL Skate Programs

SRDL has skate programs for all levels, from beginner to bout ready skaters. These programs run throughout the year and are open to guys and girls 18 years and over who are interested in everything from learning the basics to officiating or playing derby. Level 1 Raw Meat
This program is geared towards beginner to intermediate skaters. Raw Meat is an 8 week program that focuses on the fundamentals of skating and derby skills from falls, stops, balance and strides everything you need to become a great skater. (Raw Meat is strictly non contact)

Level 2 & 3 Intakes
SRDL will be running intakes throughout the year. Intakes are open to girls and guys, 18 and over. We will be assessing competency in a minimum skill set for Levels 2 and 3. Skaters must pass a skills assessment to join our program.

Level 2 Freshmeat
To join our Level 2 program skaters must pass our Level 2 Minimum Skills.This is an ongoing program for contact-ready skaters to progress at their own rate and move to Level 3 once they master a higher skill set.

Level 3 Scrimmage/Bout Ready
To join our Level 3 program skaters must pass the full WFTDA Minimum Skills Requirements. This is an ongoing program for skaters who have mastered a higher skill set and prepares skaters for playing derby.

Become an Official
Open to girls and guys, 18 and over.
