Mardi Gras is on again and SRDL will be involved. We're here, we're queer, and we're going rollerskating!
What: Mardi Gras Roller Derby Float!
When: Saturday February 27th, 2010
Time: Reserve the whole afternoon for this event. We'll wrap up around 11pm.
Who: Any and all roller derby skaters and supporters from your league. All skating levels welcome. Those skating the parade will need Intermediate skating skills. Walking participants also very welcome!
Why: Because the world needs to know roller derby rules and that we love the muff.

You also need to send through your registration payment ($45) - please use "MG [your name]" as a reference. If depositing cash, please attach the receipt to your registration form. Our bank account details are on the registration form.
The parade theme this year is "History of the World", so we've decided to go old-school derby - think Ann Calvello, high-waisted shorts, etc. We'll have more information and a 'style guide' coming out this week.
